Our Policies

1. Deposits are good for ONLY 7 days.

2. You may reschedule your appointments. In order to keep your deposit, you must reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment.

3. Cancelations need to be within 24 hours of your appointment, in order for you to use your current deposit and reschedule. 

4. No refund on deposits. Only reschedules. 

5. For piercings the price tends to include a very basic jewelry option (if it's included at all). If you decide you want to get a better or different piece of jewelry, you're most likely going to have to pay more.
